If most very rich and powerful people are probably sociopaths with
NO HUMANITY,
why do they always set up ‘charitable’ foundations?

• a. Because sociopaths suddenly become decent, caring people when they have made their first billion.
• b. To avoid paying taxes and sneakily exert control over the people they call 'the useless class' – there is no oversight to these organizations.
